My name is Siphelele M, and I am a female home carer with a passion for helping others lead independent lives. With my experience in caring for clients with Mild Cognitive Impairment, bedbound individuals, those with anxiety and depression, and osteoporosis, I have developed the necessary skills and empathy to provide exceptional care.
While I may not be able to drive or own a car, I am more than capable of providing care on a live-in, hourly, or overnight basis. I am skilled in various tasks such as bathing, toileting, assisting with dressing, catheter care, and most importantly, providing companionship. I believe that building strong relationships with my clients is essential for their overall well-being and happiness.
Outside of my caregiving role, I enjoy indulging in activities such as walking, dancing, cooking and baking. I find solace in socializing and engaging in board games with friends and family. Additionally, I have a fondness for pets, particularly spiders and fish.
Some of the attributes that define me as a person and a carer include my caring nature, friendliness, and helpfulness. I genuinely care about the well-being of my clients and go above and beyond to ensure their comfort and safety.
Overall, my motivation for being a carer stems from the satisfaction I gain from assisting individuals to maintain their independence and enhance their quality of life.
